EditorToolBar

The editing tools of the journal, meeting-note and topic editors: Pen, Eraser, Pen presets, Lasso │ Undo, Redo │ (page controls) │ ».

Consumer provides: the selected tool, undo/redo availability, page state.

Rules

• Phone: a 56 dp bar at the bottom, above the gesture inset, tools spread across the width; » opens the ToolTray above it.
• Tablet: the tools sit in the AppBar's middle zone (see AppBar for the width budget).
• One fixed order on both devices; tool kinds (draw · history · pages · page edits · view) are separated by a 1 × 24 dp divider tick (17 dp total).
• The selected tool uses the IconButton selected state and Role.Tab / selected. Pen presets opens the preset popover anchored to its button.
• Tools are icons only; never a labelled menu.
